Women's Soccer Is Kicking It, A New Entrepreneurship Center And More- 10/11/12

Beavers Soccer--Alive and Kicking: The CCNY Women's Soccer team shattered its single-season wins and shutout record against CUNY conference foe Lehman College yesterday. Under fourth year head coach, Don Manfria, this is the team's best season in school history with a 9-2 overall record. Click here for more details.

For engineers and entrepreneurs: City College's Grove School for Engineering will open a center for CCNY students to develop engineering products and even create business plans to market them. This was all made possible by alumni, Irwin Zahn who donated $1 million for the program. The center also received a $440,000 grant from Manhattan Borough President, Scott Stringer.
