How is it only February? When the semesterstarts to drag, it is time to consider planning a DIY Spa Night. Here is astep-by-step guide with a few suggestions and great products you might considerchecking out.

Step One

Pick some tunes! Here are a list of some chill playlists on Spotify that are sure to set the mood!

Jazz Vibes
Peaceful Guitar
Love, Sex, and Water
Cute Beats
Tender

Step Two

Candles! They’re perfect for setting a mood and creating a sensual ambience. Bath & Body Works always has fabulous deals on candles with great scents.

For a clean and herbal scent I recommend:
Bath & Body Works Home Scented Candle in Eucalyptus Mint

For a warm and cozy scent I recommend:
Bath & Body Works ScentedCandle in Winter

**Current candle deal**
$10 off 3-wick candles from Bath & Body Works

StepThree

Pick a face wash!

Washing your face twice a day removes dead skin, debris, and other bacteria trying to attack your face!

Balling on a Budget

For Acne-Prone Skin:
OXY benzoyl peroxide face wash
Price: $4.89
You can purchase it at any drugstore near you.
Katlyn Palmatier, a junior at CCNY loves this wash because it helped her skin clear up at an affordable price.

LUSH Dark Angels Scrubby Black Sugar Cleanser
Price: $14.50 for a 3.5 oz jar of charcoal clay
You can purchase it here.

This size lasts approximately 2 monthsaccording to an employee at LUSH. This facewash SAVED my face. As a teenager who suffered from severe acne, thiswash was a lifesaver. The gentle sugar crystals are abrasive enough to removedead skin and bacteria, but gentle enough not to cause an allergic reaction.

For Sensitive Skin:
Caudalie Gentle Cleansing Milk
Price: $28.00
You can purchase it here.
Precious Okechukwu, a student at the Sophie Davis Biomedical Program suggests this wash for sensitive and combination skin.

StepFour

Face Masks!

Balling on a Budget

If you want to spoil yourself like the royaltyyou are, consider getting this pumpkin enzyme mask! This mask is great foruneven skin texture and dull tones. It is NOT best for sensitive skin - due tothe nature of the mask - so test it out on a patch of skin before applying toyour face.

StepFive

Try the Aromatherapy Bath & Body Works body wash and bubble bath! The Eucalyptus and Spearmint combination is sure to relax away all the tension in your body.
