As summer comes to a close and the fall semester rolls in, it’s a great time to see the different mix of styles, tastes, and trends that are in at City College. With warmer weather fading away and temperatures shifting from the high 70’s to the mid-60’s, CCNY students have been experimenting with their looks based on the weather. From trends of showing more skin to embracing modesty, in contrast to our last edition, here are what we saw CCNY students wearing this back to school season!

Cotton Tracksuits, Cardigans, Cashmere sweater vests, and long sleeves are the go-to for a modest, yet cozy look this fall for a warm, casual, academia vibe.

Shoulder bags, wired headphones, chunky bracelets, and silver jewelry add a subtle yet definitively vintage look.

As for the warmer days, short sleeved blouses, tank tops, and halter tops provide a cool breezy look when paired with flared jeans, cotton pants, and midi skirts.

Adidas, Converse, and Chunky Fila sneakers are the top pick for comfortable and trendy fall footwear this semester. Heidy completes her fit with a stylish belt, a cute bag, and even some hair accessories to create her signature style.

This fall, CCNY students have formulated their looks for comfort while still remaining stylish and trendsetting. From fitted caps to keep the sun out of their face to cropped T-shirts to keep yourself cool in the heat, our scholars will without fail serve looks while remaining studious.
